Voice-Based Ordering System I’m building a voice-based ordering system that brings together STT, TTS, LLMs, and RAG with a knowledge base to make the ordering experience more natural and interactive. Instead of simply taking an order, the system can understand what the customer is asking for, use the menu knowledge base to provide relevant suggestions, and help customers figure out what they’re actually in the mood for. The goal is to make the interaction feel more like talking to a real person rather than using a traditional automated ordering system. The system is currently being developed and will soon be deployed into production.

I work on
AI-Powered Drive-Thru Automation I work on integrating AI into drive-thru operations to improve speed of service, customer experience, and sales. The system combines computer vision, real-time vehicle tracking, speech recognition, and POS integration to monitor the drive-thru and provide live operational updates. The vision system can work with just a 20 FPS camera feed while continuously tracking vehicles and calculating service times in real time. By connecting with the POS and customer order history, the system can also identify returning customers and provide personalized recommendations and upselling suggestions based on their previous purchases. I’m also working on an AI voice ordering assistant that understands customer requests and connects them with the menu and POS, creating a faster and more personalized ordering experience. Overall, the project combines AI, computer vision, voice AI, and customer data into a real-time drive-thru solution that helps stores improve efficiency, service speed, and revenue.
