Voice-Based Ordering System

I’m building a voice-based ordering system that brings together STT, TTS, LLMs, and RAG with a knowledge base to make the ordering experience more natural and interactive.

Instead of simply taking an order, the system can understand what the customer is asking for, use the menu knowledge base to provide relevant suggestions, and help customers figure out what they’re actually in the mood for. The goal is to make the interaction feel more like talking to a real person rather than using a traditional automated ordering system.

The system is currently being developed and will soon be deployed into production.
