Sitemap Scout: Open-Source XML Sitemap Health Checker (PHP + React)
An open-source technical SEO tool I built that checks every URL in an XML sitemap and flags what hurts indexing: broken URLs, redirects, slow responses, duplicates, missing or stale modification dates, noindex pages, canonical mismatches and metadata issues. It comes as a PHP command-line tool and a React/TypeScript web edition at scout.ivig.dev, which exports results to CSV or JSON and runs on ordinary shared hosting. I built it from the same checks I run when auditing client sites.

MoveReady: Multilingual Website for a Swiss Moving & Cleaning Company
Built the website for MOVEREADY, a Swiss cleaning, moving and property-maintenance company serving Solothurn, Olten and Aarau. The site runs in five languages (German, English, Bosnian, Czech, Swedish), with service pages, transparent pricing and a free-quote form that accepts photos, videos and documents and sends enquiries straight to the owner. I handled the technical SEO setup (canonical URLs, meta and social tags, Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools verification), analytics, email forwarding and launch, so the business collects leads from day one.

DocFlow: Proposal Workflow with Word/PDF Generation and Approvals (FastAPI + React)
Portfolio demo: a proposal workflow for a fictional consultancy. An author writes the scope and fees, a background worker generates Word and PDF documents from a versioned template, and an independent reviewer approves one exact revision. Changing an approved proposal creates a new draft, so earlier approvals and files stay in the revision history. Durable database-backed job queue with leases, retries and fencing; content and file hashes pinned to each approval. Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, React/TypeScript and LibreOffice. 35 backend tests against real PostgreSQL and LibreOffice, with the full Docker workflow checked in CI. Open source.
