He is hardworking, careful about the timelines he commits to but he delivers on his commitments every time. He obsesses on executing animations the way the designer wants it. He is committed to seeing a project through and patient when the project goes out-of-scope. The project would have failed without Michael on the team. I'd recommend him hands-down to anyone hiring.
