The client’s ambition was to create a destination that feels both intimate and expansive—where residents can experience moments of stillness while remaining visually connected to the energy of Dubai.

Designed as a fully integrated coastal community, the project blends modern mid-rise residences with thoughtfully curated landscapes, water features, and seamless beachfront access to create a refined seaside living experience.
