I wanted a navigation bar that didn't look like a navigation bar. I was working on a client site and needed something to help visitors move between sections, without a big menu sitting on top of everything. So I started playing with the idea of a ruler on the side of the page. One tick per section, and as you scroll, the active tick stretches out and shows you where you are. That became RulerNav (https://rulernav.framer.website). What I like is that the component itself is simple, but it can feel completely different depending on the site. The Marketplace version (https://www.framer.com/marketplace/components/rulernav/) is bold and playful. The one I'm using on the client site is quieter: no background, thin lines, barely there until you scroll. I'll share the finished version of my client's website soon. Until then, enjoy. ❤️

A couple of days ago I celebrated my 3-year wedding anniversary, and it got me thinking about the website I built for my own wedding back then. I loved making it so much that I wanted to give other couples the same thing: a place to share their story, their venue, their timeline, and collect RSVPs in just a few simple steps. This one includes a story section, venue details with a map-ready layout, a day-of schedule, a wedding party section, and a full RSVP form with meal preferences and guest count. It's completely free to remix and make your own. This is the first of more wedding templates I'm planning to build ❤
