Can a simple interaction make an app feel a little more human?
Lately, I’ve been leveraging Rive to bridge the gap between cold product data and a warm user experience.
This isn't just an animation; it’s a lightweight, functional component reacting in real-time via a State Machine. By moving the logic into the design file, I eliminate handoff friction and ensure 1:1 implementation in your app or web project.
If you are looking to add some life to your digital experience with high-performance interactive characters, let’s talk!
Available for new projects.
Hey! Here’s my entry for the #RiveChallenge.
I had this micro-game idea in mind, and this challenge was the perfect excuse to finally build it. I made everything in a pretty short window, so there are things I’d polish with more time, but I’m happy with how it turned out.
The game is called "Tortoise vs Hare", inspired by the classic fable. It has a 3-screen interface, all vector assets created from scratch, one Master State Machine for both characters, full rigs with reactive expressions, hover-based speed control, and a final click to decide the winner.
Fast build, super fun to make, and a solid push to level up my Rive workflow.

I recently wrapped these background animations for an app built in Rive; fully interactive and connected to real inputs.
☀️ The time of day shifts colors automatically.
⏳ Users swipe to move between present, future, and past states.
Everything runs through inputs the devs can plug straight into the code.
Bonus: sharing an early color exploration at the end.
