My work sits at the intersection of product thinking and systems design: I map real operational problems (lead routing, ticket triage, hiring pipelines), then build the workflows that solve them using tools like n8n, HubSpot, Supabase, and LLM APIs.

I focus on workflows that actually work in production, which means building in human review checkpoints, escalation logic, and monitoring, not just happy-path automation. Based in Delhi, open to remote engagements globally.
