TOMORROW WORKS by AFTER HOURS✨

AFTER HOURS is a campaign set in the fictional world of Tomorrow Works, where dedicated workers quietly build tomorrow while the rest of the city sleeps.
At the heart of this world is Apprentice No. 367, the newest Night Maintenance Apprentice. Curious, patient, and endlessly sincere, 367 believes every small task matters. He dreams of one day earning enough trust to repaint an entire sunrise, even though he'll never actually see it.
As sincere as he is, Murphy's Law seems to follow him everywhere. Somehow, he always has the best timing... for the worst possible moment. 🤣
For this project, I designed the complete identity surrounding Apprentice 367, including the custom Tomorrow Works wordmark, character system, environmental artwork, hero posters, sticker pack, merchandise, toy concepts, collectibles, and short animations. Every piece was created to test whether the character could remain instantly recognizable across different formats while expanding the same fictional universe.
This was my first design competition and my first time building an original mascot from the ground up. More than designing a character, I wanted to create someone people could root for. A sincere apprentice working hard to earn respect, find his place in the world, and prove to himself more than everyone else, that he's capable.
This project challenged me to think beyond designing a mascot and instead create a complete, living world. I hope you enjoy exploring Tomorrow Works as much as I enjoyed building it!:

Designed and built a fully automated travel planning spreadsheet from scratch in Google Sheets, with six linked tabs covering trip overview, flights/transport, accommodation, a day-by-day itinerary with time blocks, an auto-calculating budget dashboard with live currency conversion and spend-tracking charts, and a categorized packing checklist. Built entirely with native Sheets formulas (no add-ons), designed to work fully offline.

For a Predictive Analytics test model, I built two predictive models for clinical outcomes: a logistic regression classifier diagnosing tumours as malignant/benign (89.5% accuracy, 0.97 AUC) on the Breast Cancer Wisconsin dataset, and a multiple linear regression model predicting diabetes disease progression (R² = 0.49) from BMI, blood pressure, and cholesterol markers. Covered the full pipeline: EDA, multicollinearity diagnostics, train/test splitting, feature scaling, model evaluation, and individual patient-level predictions with clinical interpretation

Although I am a Business Analyst, I enjoy an occasional creative project. This project involved developing the complete brand identity for TOSS Pizzeria, a small artisanal pizza shop in Islamabad. From logo design and visual identity to brand applications, the goal was to create a distinctive and memorable presence that would help the business stand out in a competitive market. Throughout the process, I worked closely with the client, refining concepts through multiple iterations to ensure the final brand accurately reflected their vision while remaining cohesive, practical, and impactful.

My university Final Year Project featured a full-stack retail demand forecasting and inventory dashboard built for a 20-branch Pakistani retail SME. I built the Python (Prophet) forecasting pipeline across 14 product categories on 57,000+ rows of historical POS data, with a React/Node.js web app and Shopify API connector replacing an initial Power BI plan. The dashboard generates monthly stock recommendations (order more / hold / reduce), seasonal demand patterns tied to local events like Eid and wedding season, and live model accuracy tracking.

Some snippets of the Data Visualisation I did for a brand's Financial Analysis on Microsoft Excel- they valued the revenue and sales quantity most, which explains the limited, yet precise insights. It shows climbing and retained trends which the owner would then use for his new order quantity for best and poor performing products.
