This self-directed portfolio sample demonstrates my approach to identifying performance gaps before recommending solutions. Rather than assuming every performance challenge requires additional training, I analyze the desired performance, current performance, potential root causes, and environmental factors affecting results. The sample demonstrates how findings can be translated into a targeted performance strategy combining training, performance support, process clarification, coaching, and measurable follow-up. Deliverables may include training needs analyses, performance gap analyses, root-cause analyses, training recommendations, curriculum strategies, job aids, implementation roadmaps, and evaluation measures. This project uses an illustrative business scenario created solely to demonstrate my methodology and deliverable structure.

This self-directed portfolio sample demonstrates my approach to transforming complex or inconsistent operational processes into clear, structured, and repeatable documentation. The sample illustrates how I organize a workflow from beginning to end, define roles and responsibilities, identify quality-control checkpoints, and develop practical documentation that employees and teams can actually use. My approach focuses on clarity, consistency, accountability, and ease of implementation. Deliverables can include standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, workflow documentation, checklists, job aids, quick-reference guides, and implementation materials. This project uses an illustrative client-onboarding scenario created solely to demonstrate my methodology and deliverable structure.

This self-directed portfolio sample demonstrates my approach to program evaluation and applied research. I translate qualitative and quantitative information into meaningful themes, findings, and practical recommendations organizations can use for decision-making and continuous improvement. The sample demonstrates qualitative coding, thematic analysis, survey analysis, focus group and interview analysis, research synthesis, and development of executive-level findings and recommendations. This project uses an illustrative scenario and simulated findings solely to demonstrate my methodology, analytical approach, and deliverable structure.

Effective Workplace Communication – Training & Curriculum Design This self-directed portfolio sample demonstrates my approach to transforming a workplace performance need into a structured, practical training experience. I designed the concept to include measurable learning objectives, organized course content, a communication framework, scenario-based practice, participant activities, a knowledge check, and an implementation strategy. My approach focuses on making complex information clear, engaging, and immediately usable. Training is designed not simply to present information, but to help participants understand what to do, practice the skill, and apply it in the workplace. Skills demonstrated: Instructional Design • Curriculum Development • Training Design • Facilitator Support • Scenario-Based Learning • Assessment Design • Performance Improvement
