Rather than assuming every performance challenge requires additional training, I analyze the desired performance, current performance, potential root causes, and environmental factors affecting results.
The sample demonstrates how findings can be translated into a targeted performance strategy combining training, performance support, process clarification, coaching, and measurable follow-up.

This self-directed portfolio sample demonstrates my approach to transforming a workplace performance need into a structured, practical training experience. I designed the concept to include measurable learning objectives, organized course content, a communication framework, scenario-based practice, participant activities, a knowledge check, and an implementation strategy.
My approach focuses on making complex information clear, engaging, and immediately usable. Training is designed not simply to present information, but to help participants understand what to do, practice the skill, and apply it in the workplace.
