I build and ship production software, and I own the shape of it as well as the code.

For the last eight years I've architected and owned a multi-service platform — 11 backend services, 6 front-end applications, multi-tenant across 27 locations in 9 countries. Every feature in it started as a flow I sketched and a decision I made about how it should work, and I write a large part of it myself.

Before that I ran my own software company for ten years and grew it to ~15 engineers. Today I deliver that same scope with 2–3 people, using a modern stack and an AI-accelerated workflow. I've run it both ways, so that's measured rather than projected.

What I take on: fixed-scope MVP builds, AI integration, system integration, and fractional tech-lead work.

I build on managed and serverless platforms and don't take on infrastructure ownership — no DevOps, SRE or on-call.
