P&G Cashback - Desktop & Mobile UI Designed a comprehensive cashback rewards experience for P&G, spanning desktop and mobile platforms. The project covers end-to-end user flows - from onboarding to cashback tracking and product discovery - built to drive consumer engagement and brand loyalty across P&G's product ecosystem. The UI features custom illustrations and a bespoke icon set crafted to align with P&G's brand identity, bringing warmth and clarity to a typically transactional experience. Key screens include a guided onboarding flow that eases first-time users in, a cashback dashboard with clear earnings visibility, and detailed product pages that connect purchases to rewards seamlessly. Responsive design ensures a consistent and intuitive experience across screen sizes, while the visual system balances approachability with credibility - making cashback feel rewarding, not complicated.

Hotel UX Research & Design - Minor Hotels Conducted end-to-end UX research for Minor Hotels, a luxury hospitality brand. The project included a competitor analysis benchmarking 5 major luxury hotel chains across 10 UX and service dimensions, desk research synthesizing guest pain points from reviews, blogs, and whitepapers, and a full 6-phase user journey map - from Inspiration to Post-stay - highlighting emotional highs, pain points, and culturally grounded user assumptions. Deliverables culminated in a detailed homepage wireframe designed from research insights, using contextual copy and greyscale visuals rather than placeholders. Methods: Desk research, competitive benchmarking, empathy mapping, journey mapping. Output: Research presentation deck + homepage wireframe.

Aegon Life - Mobile-First Insurance Redesign India's insurance users are mobile-first, fast-scrolling, and quick to bounce. Aegon Life's legacy website wasn't built for them. As lead UI designer, I led the end-to-end redesign of their web and mobile experience - from moodboarding to dev handoff. Key work included building a full component library, spacing system, and a gamified product discovery flow that helped users find the right plan without an agent. Key screens: Homepage, Product Pages, Goal Calculator, and Claims. The result? For the IPL 2025 season, Loop Earplugs partnered with Sunrisers Hyderabad to launch a co-branded campaign targeting the Indian market. I led the UI design and art direction across the full campaign - designing the landing page for both mobile and desktop, and creating LinkedIn ad creatives. The core challenge was merging two very different brand identities. SRH's visual language is loud, high-energy, and sport-coded. Loop's is minimal, product-forward, and considered. Rather than forcing a blend, I structured the page as a deliberate emotional journey - using SRH's energy to create impact at the top and bottom, and stepping aside for Loop's product clarity in the middle where purchase decisions happen. I developed a unified "Rise Above" headline system to give the campaign a single voice across all surfaces. On LinkedIn, I adapted the creative for a professional-context audience - leading with the product benefit over the sports partnership. The result was a campaign that felt native to both brands, built specifically for the Indian consumer with localised pricing and IPL context, and delivered consistently across three platforms.
