✨ A little something I've been working on... I've been busy bringing LR Behind the Scenes to life! It's a space where I get to combine the things I love most: writing, creating, editing, proofreading, organizing and helping people turn their ideas into something meaningful. From copywriting, editing and proofreading to custom business documents, digital products and behind-the-scenes project support, I'm excited to put my skills to work helping other businesses grow. I'm currently welcoming new projects and looking forward to connecting with some wonderful people along the way! You bring the idea. I'll help bring it all together. 🤍

Cover image for Good business documents should do
Good business documents should do more than look professional—they should make running your business easier. This project represents the custom business documents and reusable templates I create for entrepreneurs and small businesses who want their materials to feel polished, consistent and easy to use. I can take an existing document that needs some attention or start with nothing more than an idea of what the business needs. From there, I develop the structure, write or refine the content, organize the information and create a professional finished document that can be used again and again. That can include proposals, service agreements, client forms, invoices, project templates, checklists, trackers, internal documents and other materials designed around the way a business actually works. I don't believe a template should feel generic just because it's reusable. My goal is to create documents that feel like they belong to the business—clear, thoughtful, professional and practical enough to make the work behind the scenes a little easier.

Cover image for Some projects don't need more
Some projects don't need more information — they need someone who can make sense of the information that's already there. This project represents the kind of business and project support I provide behind the scenes. I take large amounts of information, review the details, identify what's important and organize everything into clear, professional materials that are easier to understand and act on. My role often falls somewhere between writing, research, organization and project coordination. Depending on the project, that can include reviewing source documents, identifying requirements and priorities, researching missing information, developing project briefs and summaries, preparing proposals and client-facing documents, creating reusable business templates using your branding and document systems, and keeping track of the details that could otherwise get overlooked. I especially enjoy projects that begin with a lot of moving pieces. My strength is finding the structure within them — turning scattered information into something clear, organized and useful, while making sure the finished materials are polished and professional. It's the kind of behind-the-scenes work that helps a business stay organized, communicate clearly and keep projects moving forward.

This project began with an idea and grew into a complete educational experience that I developed from the ground up. I created and wrote a comprehensive 10-module copywriting course, developing the concept, curriculum, lesson structure and long-form instructional content. The course covered everything from finding your authentic voice and understanding your audience to storytelling, social proof, creating an offer and writing sales copy. I also created the corresponding workbook, developing practical exercises and activities that allowed learners to apply what they were learning as they moved through each module. Beyond the writing, I built the course presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint and recorded the voiceover for the video course, taking the project from the initial idea through to a complete learning product. This project is a great example of the kind of work I love—taking a big idea, finding the structure within it, developing the content and carrying it all the way through to something polished, useful and ready to share.
