Mediceuticals is a professional cosmetics brand focused on hair and scalp care in Ukraine. The project focused on GEO / AI promotion and content optimization for AI search results. At the start, the website already appeared in the Top 10 of Google AI Overview for all 35 tracked queries. The goal was to expand AI search visibility while maintaining strong positions and building a measurable AI traffic channel. The project was monitored across Google AI Overview, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, Gemini and Grok, with GA4 used to analyze actual traffic and user actions. Challenges The main challenge was not only increasing the number of AI mentions, but building sustainable visibility across AI search systems. Key issues included: limited initial AI Overview coverage; unstable AI citations across different platforms; constantly changing AI source selection and indexing; the need to distinguish visibility growth from actual AI-generated traffic; changes in GA4 source/medium classification for ChatGPT traffic. AI citations were treated as a volatile metric, so the evaluation focused on three levels: AI positions, citations and actual AI traffic. What I Implemented The work included: GEO / AI optimization of website content; optimization of content for relevance, clarity and AI citation potential; monitoring Google AI Overview positions; tracking Top-1, Top-3, Top-5 and Top-10 visibility; monitoring citations across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, Gemini and Grok; analyzing AI traffic and user behavior in GA4; monitoring source/medium classification changes; using performance data to adjust content and optimization priorities. Optimization Approach The strategy focused on expanding the number of queries where the website appeared in the visible part of AI-generated search results. Instead of measuring GEO performance only through mentions, I tracked AI Overview positions, citations and real user activity. This made it possible to separate long-term visibility growth from short-term fluctuations in AI citations. Results After 4 months: Top-10 AI Overview queries: 35 → 217 AI visibility growth: 6.2× Top-3 queries: 23 → 113 Top-1 queries: 12 → 35 Top-10 growth: +182 queries / +520% Top-3 growth: +90 queries / almost 4.9× All tracked queries remained within the Top 10 in the final snapshot. GA4 also showed the emergence of a new chatgpt / ai-assistant traffic segment with: 20 users 203 events 4 key events 48 seconds average engagement time 15% user key event rate. Business Impact The project significantly expanded the brand's presence in AI-generated search results. The website moved from 35 to 217 Top-10 AI Overview queries, while 113 queries reached the Top 3. This created a much larger pool of high-visibility queries that can generate AI mentions and referral traffic. At the same time, the project demonstrated why GEO performance should not be judged by citations alone. AI citations remained volatile, while AI Overview visibility increased substantially. Conclusion Final result: 217 queries in the Top 10 of Google AI Overview, 113 in the Top 3 and 35 in the Top 1, delivering 6.2× growth in AI search visibility over 4 months. The next stage is to convert this expanded AI visibility into more stable citations, AI-generated visits and target actions while continuing to optimize priority pages and strengthen topical authority.

The client is a logistics company selling transportation and logistics services online to transport businesses. The main goal was to test market demand, generate applications, and determine which Google Ads approach could deliver the best conversion efficiency at a controlled cost. I started by setting up conversion tracking and analytics to accurately measure campaign performance and identify which traffic was generating meaningful actions. The main test focused on two Search campaign approaches: Phrase Match and Broad Match. This allowed me to compare traffic quality, conversion volume, and acquisition costs while determining which keyword strategy was better suited to the niche. I monitored campaign performance daily and optimized the account in real time, focusing on search queries, keyword efficiency, ad relevance, CTR, and cost per conversion. During the test period, the campaigns generated 28 conversions, 12.91% CTR, and a $4.21 average cost per conversion with approximately $119 in total ad spend. The campaigns also generated 94 clicks at an average CPC of approximately $1.26. The Phrase Match campaign delivered the strongest results, generating 20 conversions at $4.69 CPA with a 13.15% CTR. The Broad Match campaign generated 8 conversions at a significantly higher $11.89 CPA and 10.35% CTR. Based on these results, I identified Phrase Match as the most efficient campaign approach and recommended scaling it while continuing to optimize search queries and keyword targeting. Search query optimization had a direct impact on conversion efficiency by helping reduce irrelevant traffic and concentrate the budget on higher-intent searches. At the same time, relevant ad messaging and strong ad quality contributed to the high CTR and improved click efficiency. Results & Business Impact The campaign successfully validated demand for the client's logistics services while generating applications at a cost significantly below the performance of the Broad Match campaign. The final results included: 28 conversions $4.21 average CPA 12.91% CTR 94 clicks ~$1.26 average CPC ~$119 total ad spend The client was satisfied with the high conversion rate achieved with a controlled advertising budget and decided to continue in the same direction and increase the budget for the most effective campaigns. Conclusion The test demonstrated that Phrase Match was substantially more efficient than Broad Match for this logistics business during the initial validation period. The key growth drivers were accurate conversion tracking, continuous search-query optimization, relevant ad messaging, and daily campaign management. The strongest campaigns could then be scaled to increase application volume while maintaining control over acquisition costs.

Project Title SEO for Visa & Corporate Services | Post-Migration SEO & Google Rankings Project Description Visa and corporate services company in the UAE → website migration with 253 tracked keywords showing no rankings → rebuilt organic visibility through SEO monitoring and optimization → increased Google clicks 3.85×, impressions 6.67×, and brought 55 keywords into the search results within 2.5 months. Description First Visa Service is a visa, tourism, and corporate services company operating in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE. The website had recently undergone a migration, and the project started at a point where organic visibility had to be established almost from scratch. The main objective was to monitor the website's recovery after migration, rebuild visibility in Google Search, and gradually move priority keywords into higher positions. I managed SEO optimization, post-migration monitoring, keyword tracking, and organic performance analysis using Google Search Console and Ahrefs Rank Tracker. Challenges The website had been migrated approximately one month before the first reporting period. Because of this, the initial SEO data was incomplete and search engines were still recrawling and reprocessing the website. The first Ahrefs snapshot showed: 253 tracked keywords with no rankings 0% Share of Voice no established ranking visibility across the tracked semantic core 46 monthly organic clicks 3.09K Google impressions 36.9 average position The main challenge was to determine whether Google would gradually restore and establish visibility after the migration rather than evaluating performance too early. What I Implemented I focused on post-migration SEO monitoring, Google Search performance analysis, and keyword ranking development. The work included: monitoring organic clicks and impressions in Google Search Console; tracking average Google positions; monitoring 253 keywords through Ahrefs Rank Tracker; identifying keywords moving out of the No Rank status; analyzing keyword distribution across Top 3, Top 20, and Top 50; monitoring new search queries receiving impressions; evaluating the recovery of organic visibility after migration; identifying opportunities to move ranking keywords toward higher positions. I used comparable reporting periods to separate normal post-migration fluctuations from actual SEO growth. Optimization Approach The initial priority was not simply to increase traffic, but to determine whether the website was successfully regaining visibility after migration. During the first reporting period, 201 new queries began receiving impressions, expanding the website's presence in Google Search. The semantic coverage included queries such as "visa service," "Schengen tourist visa," "tourist visa USA from Abu Dhabi," and "UAE business registration." As more keywords began ranking, the focus shifted toward improving their positions and moving them from the Top 50 into the Top 20 and eventually the Top 10. This approach allowed the project to build search visibility progressively rather than judging performance only by short-term traffic changes. Results According to Google Search Console, the website achieved substantial growth between the first and final control periods: Organic clicks: 46 → 177 (+285%, 3.85×) Impressions: 3.09K → 20.6K (+567%, 6.67×) Average position: 36.9 → 29.4 Ranking keywords: 0 → 55 The final Ahrefs Rank Tracker snapshot showed: 2 keywords in Top 3 14 keywords in Top 20 54 keywords in Top 50 55 keywords with established positions 21.7% of the tracked semantic core with rankings Several keywords achieved strong early positions. For example: "easiest schengen visa from uae": 23 → 1 "switzerland visa dubai": new position 1 "express schengen visa": new position 11 "switzerland visa appointment dubai": new position 14 "urgent schengen visa": new position 15 "greece visa dubai": 49 → 19 Business Impact The project established a new foundation for organic search growth after the website migration. The client gained: 3.85× more monthly Google clicks; 6.67× higher search impressions; 55 ranking keywords from an initial 0; 2 keywords in the Top 3; 14 keywords in the Top 20; 54 keywords in the Top 50; significantly broader visibility across relevant visa and corporate service queries. The website also generated 177 organic clicks per month by the final Google Search Console period, compared with 46 at the first post-migration control point. Conclusion The main SEO challenge was rebuilding search visibility after a recent website migration, when all 253 tracked keywords initially had no established rankings. Rather than evaluating the migration based on the first month alone, I monitored the gradual recovery of search visibility through Google Search Console and Ahrefs Rank Tracker. Within approximately 2.5 months, 55 keywords started ranking, Google clicks increased from 46 to 177 per month, and impressions grew from 3.09K to 20.6K. Final result: 3.85× growth in organic clicks, 6.67× growth in impressions, and 55 ranking keywords established after the website migration.

SEO for a Commercial Online Project | Organic Traffic Growth & Google Rankings The client was a commercial online project in Ukraine looking to improve its visibility in Google Search and generate more organic traffic. At the beginning of the project, the website had 2.34K organic clicks, 62.3K impressions, and an average Google position of 13.7. The main objective was to expand organic visibility, improve rankings for relevant queries, and increase qualified organic traffic. I worked on the project's SEO optimization and performance monitoring, using Google Search Console as the primary data source. Challenges The project started with limited search visibility and a relatively low average position: - 2.34K organic clicks - 62.3K impressions - 3.8% CTR - 13.7 average position The main challenge was to increase visibility while improving rankings and maintaining traffic quality. As the website began appearing for a broader range of queries, CTR initially decreased, so performance had to be evaluated through clicks, impressions, rankings, and CTR together. What I Implemented I focused on SEO performance analysis, search visibility growth, and continuous monitoring of Google Search performance. The work included: - monitoring clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position; - analyzing performance across comparable control periods; - identifying ranking growth opportunities; - monitoring priority queries and pages; - evaluating how increased visibility translated into traffic; - using Google Search Console data to guide further optimization. Optimization Approach The initial stage focused on expanding the website's presence in Google Search. The first control period showed strong growth in impressions and clicks, while CTR temporarily decreased from 3.8% to 2.1% as visibility expanded across a broader range of queries. The following stage focused on improving ranking and click efficiency. The average position improved from 10 to 6.9, while CTR recovered from 2.1% to 2.6%. Results - According to Google Search Console data: - Organic clicks: 2.34K → 5.43K - Impressions: 62.3K → 212K - Average position: 13.7 → 6.9 - Organic clicks growth: +132% - Search visibility growth: 3.4× - Average position improvement: 6.8 positions Between the first and final control periods, organic clicks increased from 3.54K to 5.43K, representing a 53.4% increase. Impressions grew from 166K to 212K, while the average position improved from 10 to 6.9. Final Period Compared with the previous month: - Organic clicks: 4.45K → 5.43K (+22%) - Impressions: 218K → 212K (-2.8%) - CTR: 2.0% → 2.6% - Average position: 7.8 → 6.9 Despite a slight decrease in impressions, the website generated 22% more organic clicks, showing that improved rankings and CTR made existing visibility more effective. Business Impact The SEO work delivered: - 1.89K additional organic clicks between the first and final control periods; - 3.4× higher search visibility compared with the initial situation; - an average position within the first page of Google; - higher CTR and more efficient use of search visibility; - a stronger foundation for continued organic growth. Conclusion The project demonstrated that sustainable SEO growth requires both expanded visibility and improved click efficiency. The website progressed from 2.34K to 5.43K organic clicks, while search visibility increased 3.4× and the average Google position improved from 13.7 to 6.9. Final result: 5.43K organic clicks, 212K impressions, and a 6.9 average Google position, with organic clicks increasing by 132% from the initial situation.
