I deliver forward deployed AI implementation, process automation and ecommerce consulting. With 20+ years across engineering, healthcare, operations and business ownership, I work with teams to map processes, build reliable systems and support adoption. At US-based KOPA, working remotely from the UK, I built and maintain the AI workflow that reduced 600+ hours to 3–4 with human review.
