Production-ready packaging design and technical pre-press system rolled out across a commercial 6-SKU beauty line (Strawberry, Vanilla, Coconut, Lemon, Orange, Mint) for a US-based brand in Arizona.
Technical Execution & Portfolio Focus:
• Multi-SKU Scalability: Developed a strict modular grid system to ensure seamless color-coding and vector asset shifting across all 6 flavors while keeping the main brand zone and core assets identity perfectly cohesive.
• Dieline Engineering & Structural Integrity: Crafted precise industrial dieline layouts for both individual lip balm tubes and the master commercial show-box display. Every margin, flap, and bleed zone was calibrated to ensure zero-defect assembly on automated conveyor lines.
• Regulatory & Back-Label Typography: Formatted tight typography layouts to meet strict US regulatory standards, ensuring immaculate execution of complex ingredient lists, barcodes (quiet zones), and eco-certification emblems.
The Result:
A flawless, "shelf-ready" product line successfully launched into production with 100% vector accuracy and seamless industrial print execution from the very first run.
