Someone just joined your list. What do they get from you next?
If it's "nothing yet," that's the part we write: a 3-email welcome series or a longer sequence, with subject lines and preview text.

Small copy change, big difference: the button at the end of a welcome email.
Same email, two button options:
A: "Submit"
B: "Send me the checklist"
Which one would you click? Tell us A or B in the comments.
(Sample we made for this poll.)
How we turn a messy "here's how we do it" walkthrough into a 1-page SOP:
1. Capture every step, in order, exactly as it's done today.
2. Cut it to the steps that matter and name who does each one.
3. End with a checklist anyone can follow.
What process lives only in someone's head?
One rule for newsletters: one idea per issue.
Pick the single thing you want readers to remember, build the issue around it, and save the rest for next time.
One idea means one clear takeaway and one clear next step.
What's your issue about this week?
Sample (labelled): one blog intro, rewritten for search intent.
Before: "In today's fast-paced world, budgeting matters more than ever."
After: "Want a budget you'll actually stick to? Here are 5 steps you can set up in 20 minutes."
Answer the search in line one.
