I was hired to integrate a newly purchased domain with a client's existing ProtonMail account. My primary responsibility was to configure all necessary domain-level email settings, including DNS, MX, and SPF records, to enable sending and receiving from the new domain via ProtonMail. The project concluded with providing the client with guidance for long-term management and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless and secure user experience.

I performed end-to-end quality assurance testing on the client’s AI chatbot program. My role involved completing over 20 structured test sessions across Chrome, Safari, and Edge. Following a detailed feedback template, I documented bugs, usability issues, and performance inconsistencies. I also provided constructive feedback on the overall user experience, clarity of instructions, and the general flow of the course to help improve the final user experience.

I was hired to conduct a one-hour usability test for a group travel planning website, assessing key user journeys on both desktop and mobile devices. My task was to navigate core features, including trip creation, guest invitations, hotel and activity voting, and finalizing a group agenda. I recorded the entire session and submitted a summary report that highlighted bugs, confusing user flows, and overall user experience insights to support the client's design and UX improvements, requiring a strong user-first mindset.

Performed an urgent accessibility review of multiple eLearning modules to ensure inclusivity for users with disabilities.
