I was hired to conduct a one-hour usability test for a group travel planning website, assessing key user journeys on both desktop and mobile devices. My task was to navigate core features, including trip creation, guest invitations, hotel and activity voting, and finalizing a group agenda. I recorded the entire session and submitted a summary report that highlighted bugs, confusing user flows, and overall user experience insights to support the client's design and UX improvements, requiring a strong user-first mindset.
