A contemporary intervention within a classical urban fabric, this project explores the balance between modern minimalism and timeless architectural character. The design reimagines a traditional brick façade through a refined central insertion featuring vertical glazing, perforated concrete screening, clean geometric framing, and rooftop spatial enhancement.
The project includes complete architectural planning, façade redevelopment, elevation design, sectional detailing, and high-end photorealistic visualization. Special attention was given to proportion, material harmony, daylight behavior, urban context integration, and cinematic visual storytelling.
From technical drafting to atmospheric renders, the objective was to create an office building that feels sophisticated, functional, and visually iconic while maintaining contextual sensitivity to the surrounding streetscape.

A calm, human-centric salon designed with spatial clarity, soft materials, and controlled lighting. The layout flows through defined zones—reception, hair stations, wash area, and lounge—connected seamlessly for intuitive movement.
Repetitive arched mirror bays create rhythm and identity, while warm neutral tones, matte textures, and subtle greenery add depth. Layered lighting enhances comfort and precision, resulting in a refined, timeless space rooted in warm minimalism.

This project presents a modern minimalist kitchen and dining space designed with a focus on clarity, functionality, and warmth. The layout is carefully planned to create a seamless connection between the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring efficient movement and everyday usability. A neutral base palette is paired with natural wood finishes to bring a sense of calm and visual balance to the space.
The design emphasizes clean lines, integrated storage, and clutter-free surfaces, allowing the architecture and materials to define the overall character. Soft ambient lighting, along with subtle indirect highlights, enhances depth while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere.

This project showcases a minimal warm modern living space designed to balance aesthetics, comfort, and functionality within an open-plan layout. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are seamlessly connected, creating a clean, uncluttered environment that follows a “less, but better” design philosophy. The focus is on simplicity, efficient space planning, and a human-centric approach that enhances comfort and ease of movement.
The design uses a neutral palette of warm whites, greys, and beige tones to create a calm and inviting atmosphere. Soft textures in fabrics and rugs add warmth, while natural and artificial lighting work together to produce a layered, ambient feel. Materials such as matte wall finishes, textured panels, light wooden flooring, and sleek laminate cabinetry contribute to a refined yet cozy aesthetic.
