I was the lead designer for Usepass where I contributed to product strategy and led design for onboarding, ID creation, issuing, management and access control.

I was the lead researcher for Onboarding. I was responsible for leading user research to reduce churn, improve onboarding success rate and increase conversion.

I led user experience design for multiple payment products –– Checkout, Payment link, Direct debit and more, increasing conversion and retention.
