A Peruvian Shopify brand closed three in four ad-driven sales in WhatsApp, through its Kommo CRM. Meta and TikTok could see the sales total but not which campaign, ad set or creative drove each one, so the ads were judged on modelled estimates.
I built a pipeline :that ties WhatsApp sales back to the ad clicks that produced them and sends the real purchase to Meta, TikTok, GA4 and Google Ads, with no new subscriptions, no extra work for the sales team and nothing the customer notices.
71% of WhatsApp sales now land on a paid campaign in GA4, against 43% for the store's own checkout orders.
