I migrated their operation to a self-hosted n8n server and upgraded the logic:
🧠 AI Parsing: Integrated OpenAI to "read" emails and extract data.
⚙️ File Handling: Used CloudConvert & Google Drive APIs for attachments.
📊 Database: Sent all clean data to Airtable.
