Cover image for I built Tide & Tail
I built Tide & Tail Grooming for Maya, a fictional solo dog groomer in Blackpool. She cannot answer enquiries while handling dogs, Saturday slots fill quickly, and missed appointments leave gaps in her diary. Customers can choose a service, see available times, and confirm a booking in one visit. They receive a booking reference and a private link to reschedule or cancel. The booking is saved, and conflicting times are blocked. I also built an owner dashboard for managing appointments and a separate interactive demo so judges can explore the owner experience with fictional data. The goal is simple: turn “Can I book?” into “You’re booked” without Maya having to stop grooming to answer a call or exchange messages. ⌗lovablechallenge

Cover image for Tradeflow is a modern digital
Tradeflow is a modern digital platform designed to simplify how tradespeople and construction businesses manage their work, connect with customers, and grow their businesses. I designed and built Tradeflow as a complete product experience, combining modern web development, intuitive UX, automation and AI-driven ideas into one platform. The goal is simple: make running a trade business easier, more professional and more efficient. Tradeflow showcases my ability to take an idea from concept through to a polished, functional digital product — including product design, UX/UI, web development, responsive interfaces, business logic and AI-powered features.
