I built Tide & Tail

I built Tide & Tail Grooming for Maya, a fictional solo dog groomer in Blackpool. She cannot answer enquiries while handling dogs, Saturday slots fill quickly, and missed appointments leave gaps in her diary.

Customers can choose a service, see available times, and confirm a booking in one visit. They receive a booking reference and a private link to reschedule or cancel. The booking is saved, and conflicting times are blocked. I also built an owner dashboard for managing appointments and a separate interactive demo so judges can explore the owner experience with fictional data.

The goal is simple: turn “Can I book?” into “You’re booked” without Maya having to stop grooming to answer a call or exchange messages. ⌗lovablechallenge
