Keith’s design career began in aerospace, where he worked as a Technical Illustrator at Northrop Grumman, creating schematic diagrams, operation and repair manuals for the B-2 Stealth Bomber. When the aerospace industry contracted, he shifted direction, learning HTML, CSS, and JavaScript at a time when UI/UX design was not yet a defined profession. This blend of technical illustration, engineering knowledge, and front-end development laid the foundation for a career in user interface and experience design. Over the past decade, Keith has grown into a Lead UI/UX Designer at Wipro Technologies, delivering mobile apps, web platforms, and enterprise solutions that combine usability with business impact. Keith has applied his expertise across industries through roles at Optum Health Care, StorageTreasures, Fresenius Medical Care, ProSearch Strategies / e-discovery, Azubu eSports / e-gaming, and Multiquip Construction Equipment. Keith believes great design lives at the intersection of empathy, functionality, and business strategy. By listening to users, collaborating with stakeholders, and aligning design decisions with measurable goals, he creates digital experiences that are not only engaging but also drive real-world impact.
