Fantastic designer. I'd argue that designers are "Figma robots" who don't see the bigger picture; they just merely implement what they are told to. With Jesper, this was definitely not the case! He brings excellent, creative thinking to his designs and values collaboration, whilst maintaining a sense of autonomy, like I do. The best designer I have worked with by far.
