Multilingual AI Video Pipeline

The Problem
Producing video content across multiple languages requires multiple tools, multiple workflows, and significant manual effort at every step.
What I Built
An end-to-end automated video production pipeline that generates two fully produced videos in two languages from a single Claude Code slash command — no GUI tools in the loop.
The pipeline handles:
Script generation via Claude
Voice synthesis in Traditional Chinese (Taiwanese) and English (British accent) via ElevenLabs
Image generation via Nano Banana
Animation via Kling
Final assembly and captions via CapCut API
Result
One shared codebase produces two channels in two languages from one template. One slash command. Zero manual steps. Tested on a cat behaviour education series published to Traditional Chinese and English audiences simultaneously.

3. Music Visualiser + Lyric Captions Tool

The Problem
A music video creator was paying monthly subscriptions for multiple tools to handle visualisations and lyric captions — and still wasn't getting exactly what they needed.
What I Built
A fully custom local web app (Node.js + Express) with two production-ready features:
Music Visualiser
Drag in an audio file, background, and logo. The tool detects kick-drum hits via audio onset analysis, then renders an MP4 where the logo pulses, glows, shakes, and emits gold particles in sync with the beat. Supports landscape, square, and vertical formats up to 60fps with live render progress via server-sent events.
Lyric Captions
Auto-transcribes audio with Groq Whisper, generates word-level timestamps, and burns karaoke-style highlighted captions directly into the video using FFmpeg. Full editor included for timing fixes and style customisation.
Result
The client replaced multiple paid subscriptions with a free, fully local tool built to their exact workflow. Zero ongoing costs. Built entirely with Claude Code.

2. AI Wiki — Living Knowledge Graph

The Problem
The AI tools and creator landscape moves too fast to track manually. Keeping up with who's building what, which tools connect, and how the ecosystem maps together was impossible without a system.
What I Built
An automated AI wiki using n8n and Claude that continuously scrapes, summarises, and maps the AI ecosystem into an Obsidian knowledge graph. Every node is a tool, creator, or concept. Every connection is a real relationship. The graph updates automatically as new content is published.
Result
A living, searchable map of the AI ecosystem — hundreds of interconnected nodes covering tools, creators, workflows, and platforms. Zero manual curation.

What I Built
A fully autonomous multi-agent SEO content engine — 8 chained n8n workflows running on schedule with zero human intervention.
The 8 Agents
Bulk Loader (Daily) — Fetches top 1,000 trending templates from n8n.io (http://n8n.io)
Enrichment Agent (Every 6hr) — Semantic AI classification + income angle tagging
Contra Aggregates (Weekly) — Pulls real freelancer demand data via MCP
Daily Publisher (Weekly) — Writes 25 SEO posts via Claude, schedules to WP
Tool Page Creator (Weekly) — Auto-generates /tools/<slug>/ pages for new tags
Tool Description Filler (Daily) — Grounds tool descriptions in real template content
Tools Recount (Weekly) — Refreshes tool → workflow counts
Tools Page Refresh (Daily) — Live-syncs directory from Airtable
Anti-Fabrication Architecture
Claude is blocked from inventing freelance demand stats. The publisher injects only real, sourced data pulled from the live Contra marketplace via MCP — with a dated citation in every post.
Semantic Tool Detection
Claude semantically classifies each template's AI tools during enrichment — no hardcoded keyword lists. When Higgsfield, Nano Banana, or any new tool launches, it's auto-classified within 6 hours with zero code changes.
Results (First 30 Days)
35 SEO posts live, 27 more scheduled in queue
53 tool directory pages auto-generated (up from 1)
507 templates ingested, 421 auto-classified (83%), 145 tools tracked
12 legacy pages rebuilt + migrated with SEO equity preserved
1,452 → 41 tags (97% taxonomy noise eliminated in ~10 min)
20K impressions/day peak in Google Search Console within 10 days of launch
25 posts/week sustained cadence — 12 weeks of runway in queue
