Hello everyone. For this challenge, I chose a real local commercial sign manufacturing business and redesigned how it operates from the ground up.

Most sign manufacturers still depend on emails, spreadsheets, phone calls, and disconnected software. Customers wait days for quotes, employees manually coordinate production, and owners have very little real-time visibility into their business.
The Customer Problem
One of the biggest frustrations is that customers often cannot visualize the final sign before it's manufactured.
They upload a logo, exchange emails, wait for designers to create mockups, request revisions, wait again, and sometimes reject the design completely.
Every revision costs time, money, and delays production.
Some customers even choose another sign company because the process is simply too slow.
The Solution
That's why I built VisionForge.
Instead of disconnected tools, VisionForge gives the business one AI-powered operating system.
Customers upload their logo, storefront photo, project details, preferred size, colors, and installation location.
Within seconds, AI analyzes the storefront and automatically generates realistic sign concepts placed directly onto the customer's building.
Customers immediately understand how their sign could look before spending any money.
This dramatically reduces uncertainty and speeds up decision-making.

After the design is generated, AI automatically creates three production-ready options:
