I designed and launched a set of interactive revenue calculators for service businesses.
The tools help business owners estimate potential revenue lost through missed calls, no-shows, weak follow-up, and inactive customers. They also calculate the potential return from client reactivation and AI-assisted lead recovery.
The project included business logic, calculation models, interface design, responsive HTML/CSS/JavaScript development, deployment, and Stripe integration for booking a paid Revenue Audit.

I configured a HubSpot CRM pipeline for an electrical service business to create a clear and repeatable process from the first customer inquiry to job completion.
The pipeline covers new lead intake, customer contact, estimate tracking, follow-up, job scheduling, completed work, and closed outcomes.
The goal was to replace scattered lead management with a structured workflow that gives the business clear visibility into every opportunity and reduces the risk of forgotten estimates or missed follow-ups.

I analyzed a beauty salon’s customer database exported from Vagaro to identify inactive clients, retention gaps, repeat-visit patterns, and revenue recovery opportunities.
The audit included customer segmentation by activity level, analysis of visit frequency, identification of high-value inactive clients, and recommendations for targeted reactivation campaigns.

I designed a CRM and automation framework for home service businesses to reduce lead loss and create a more consistent customer journey.
The system covers:
- lead capture and pipeline management
- estimate follow-up
- automated reminders
- job tracking
- review requests
- customer reactivation
- revenue visibility through a simple dashboard
This is a concept framework showing how I approach revenue systems, CRM structure, and automation for service businesses.
