15 years across SaaS, fintech, health tech, and eCommerce, usually as the person responsible for both the craft and the org. I've grown design teams, led zero-to-one builds, and shipped a platform that was eventually acquired.

Most recently at Kandji (now Iru), I led a full design systems rebuild on ShadCN, lifted conversion 47% through an onboarding overhaul, and was among the first designers to adopt an in-house AI prototyping tool that cut quarterly timelines to weeks.

Before that, I built and managed a 5-person design team at eMed, drove a platform-wide UX overhaul that raised user satisfaction 20%, and established org-wide design standards across Product, Engineering, Research, and CX.

At YieldX, I was the sole design lead from zero to one on an institutional fixed-income platform. The product supported $2B+ in managed assets and was acquired by FNZ.

I do my best work when I'm close to the strategy, not just the execution. Looking for Staff or Lead roles with a clear path to VP.
