Two Rings was a turnkey wedding service for the Russian market: one place to book everything a wedding needs with a personal consultant. The goal was a fully working MVP within a few months, built to test a set of hypotheses about how couples plan and buy a wedding. What I designed: - Brand identity — colours, type, icons and patterns; - Information architecture and the main user flows; - The core scenario: a catalogue of venues and services, a booking summary and a single tracked budget; - The couple's dashboard, authorisation and the mobile app; - The UI component set and interactive prototypes. The market hypotheses did not hold, and the project was put on hold — the case shows the product as it was built.

A website for KRAYS, a group of construction companies with 20 years on the market and around 30 completed projects across residential, commercial and administrative real estate. I designed it end to end, from the hero and the main page to the project page and the mobile version, on my own system: a UI kit, layout grids, a site map, colours and type.

Second site from the same stack — and the reason they look related is that one lives inside the other. The first one is a compliance product. EZ is the infrastructure it sits in. That's a specific design problem. The platform can't look like a competitor to its own component, and it can't look like a louder version of it either. EZ took the wider frame — four modular layers, three entry points, regulators in the trust section — while the component kept the close-up. Same toolkit both times: Figma, a Unicorn Studio shader in the hero, the reel in Jitter. Designed with my wife, who owned the product and the content side.
