COACH GYM Offline is an independent desktop software project created to address the operational needs of fitness centers through a local Windows-based management system.
Built with Electron, JavaScript, Node.js, and SQLite, the application uses an Arabic right-to-left interface and a local-first architecture.
Key implemented areas include:
member registration and membership management
attendance tracking
staff management and payroll
inventory and sales workflows
reporting and business records
This project demonstrates desktop application development, business workflow design, local database architecture, and Arabic RTL interface implementation.
Project status:
Independent project, not commercially deployed. The implementation was reviewed through source inspection, while full runtime behavior remains untested.

JAMES — Local Python AI Assistant
JAMES is an independent software development project focused on building a modular, locally operated AI assistant using Python.
The project explores how local language models, software tools, and persistent conversation storage can work together within a structured assistant architecture.
Key Technical Components:
Python Agent: Conversation management and tool orchestration.
Local AI Integration: Ollama backend integration for local language model requests.
Backend Development: CLI and FastAPI-based application entry points.
Data Persistence: SQLite-based conversation sessions and message history.

COACH GYM — A Complete Gym Management Solution
COACH GYM is a full-stack web application designed to simplify and modernize gym operations through one centralized management platform.
The system brings together essential business operations, including:
Member Management: Registration, profiles, memberships, renewals, and attendance-related workflows.
Payments & Finance: Payment tracking, outstanding balances, partial payments, and transaction records.
Staff & Permissions: Role-based access control for owners, administrators, employees, and coaches.
Scheduling & Bookings: Organized management of appointments, classes, and related activities.
Security & Reliability: Authentication, audit logs, access restrictions, and software testing.
My Role
I led the project's planning and development process, defined business requirements and workflows, coordinated technical implementation, and performed hands-on testing to verify critical operations.

Next.js, React, TypeScript, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Prisma, and automated testing tools.
Project Status
The application has been developed and tested locally, with production deployment and operational rollout planned separately.
