A client sent a messy CRM export with duplicate orders, inconsistent naming, mixed date formats, and prices stored as text instead of numbers. As Data Analyst, I cleaned and standardized the dataset, filled missing quantities using regional averages, and built a dynamic KPI dashboard powered by live formulas — not hardcoded numbers — so it updates automatically as new data comes in. It includes revenue-by-region and by-product charts, plus a sales rep leaderboard.
