I designed and developed a route optimization platform for Loop to improve concrete delivery planning. Concrete dispatch requires coordinating orders, truck availability, routes, delivery windows, workload, and operational constraints. The process was highly manual and difficult to optimize as conditions changed throughout the day. The solution used operations research and constraint optimization to calculate delivery sequences, balance workloads, schedule trucks, and present the resulting plan through Gantt-style dispatch views. By modeling the operation as a structured optimization problem, the platform reduced the fleet capacity required to execute the planned deliveries by 25%. My role covered solution architecture, optimization algorithms, data modeling, backend engineering, API integration, scheduling logic, and delivery of the working platform.

I designed and developed a competitive intelligence automation system for Unilever’s Kibon business in Brazil. The solution processed competitor catalogs and reports, extracted product information using OCR, and transformed inconsistent, unstructured content into standardized market data. Custom processing pipelines validated and normalized details such as brands, categories, formats, packaging, and price tiers, making the information easier to compare and analyze. This project was built before the current LLM boom and relied on purpose-built data extraction, machine learning, and automation techniques. My work covered solution architecture, OCR and extraction workflows, data normalization, backend development, and delivery of the production system.

I designed and built the product end to end, combining campaign management, creator discovery, social platform integrations, media processing, and AI-assisted profile evaluation. The system analyzes creator content and audience signals to identify relevant partners while reducing the manual work normally required to research and validate influencers. The platform includes secure authentication, campaign workflows, creator shortlisting, content analysis, and integrations with services such as Meta, Google, TikTok, OpenAI, and permanent media storage. Built with Bubble, APIs, JavaScript, and AI models, AffiPro demonstrates how no-code development and applied AI can be combined to launch a sophisticated, production-ready SaaS product quickly.
