Personalised Cold Outreach Automation (n8n + Google Sheets + Gmail)
The problem: generic cold emails get ignored, and writing personalised ones by hand doesn't scale.
What I built: a 3-step outreach system that researches every lead before pitching.
→ Lead research: n8n reads leads from Google Sheets, audits each website (homepage, contact and about pages) and flags real issues like no tap-to-call, no contact form or a broken mobile layout.
→ Pitch generation: AI finds the owner's name and writes a tailored email around the issue it found. The angle, the reason and the draft are saved to an Outreach sheet.
→ Approval dashboard: a custom page lists every email for review. Edit inline, then Approve & send or Skip. Emails go out from Gmail with automatic day-3 and day-7 follow-ups.
Why it matters: every email points to something specific about the prospect's business, and nothing is sent without human approval.

I was spending hours finding emails for my lead lists.
So I built a small n8n automation that does it for me:
→ visits each company’s website (home, contact, about)
→ pulls out the emails and picks the best one
→ uses AI to find the owner’s name, only when the site clearly says it
→ fills everything into Google Sheets
Result: {54} emails from {88} websites in {12} minutes.
Simple, but it saves hours every week.

Most local businesses don’t lose customers because of price. They lose them because nobody picked up the phone. A roofer on a ladder misses a call, the customer reaches voicemail and calls the next company.
So I built an AI receptionist that texts back every missed call within seconds.
In this demo (an example roofing company):
→ The customer calls, nobody answers, and the AI texts them instantly
→ It asks what they need, where they are and how urgent it is, one question at a time
→ It remembers the whole conversation and never asks the same thing twice
→ It spots an emergency (a leak after a storm), scores the lead 9/10 and emails the owner right away
→ It sends the booking link so the customer can pick an inspection time
→ It saves every conversation to Google Sheets
It works on SMS and WhatsApp, follows each business’s own rules (services, area, hours, prices) and says honestly that it’s the company’s assistant.
Built with n8n, OpenAI, Twilio and Google Sheets. Setup takes about a week.

AureaBe Memoria AI turns every trip into a beautiful digital scrapbook. The founder wanted travellers to relive their journeys, not just store photos, and to launch on the App Store in two markets, fast.
