This app is for technicians who go out daily to fix things or handle maintenance jobs.
The main goal is simple: To help them see their daily schedule, complete their jobs easily, and upload proof when they’re done. It’s mobile-first because most of their work happens outside the office.
Before I started, I asked myself: What slows technicians down the most? It’s usually too many steps and unclear interfaces.
So I focused on:
1. A simple, mobile layout.
2. Neutral, professional colours.
3. Large buttons and easy navigation.
4. Smooth flow from one task to another.
