AI-Powered Email Routing System (n8n) Manual process: Incoming emails for the business were being manually read, categorized, and forwarded to the right department slow, inconsistent, and easy to misroute during busy periods. What I automated: Built an intelligent email routing system in n8n using an AI Agent node that classifies incoming emails across five department categories and routes them automatically. Deployed and adapted this for two businesses. Jovals Technologies and Smarties Retail Store. Tailoring the classification logic to each one's departments. Measurable outcome: Reduced average response/routing time from 5 hours to 10 minutes, cut misrouted emails by 70%, track orders and emails not responded to.

Project: End-to-End Product Launch Management System (Asana) Manual/messy process: An agency running product launches for client businesses had no centralized system for coordinating the six departments involved in a launch, i.e. strategy, product readiness, marketing, sales enablement, launch-week execution, and post-launch review. Tasks were scattered, ownership was unclear, and leadership had no way to see real progress without pulling everyone into status meetings. What I automated: Designed a complete end-to-end launch management system in Asana covering every phase of a product launch from strategy through post-launch review. Every task has a defined owner, every phase has a deadline, and milestones are visible in real time. Built in automations that flag problems before they escalate into crises, giving leadership live visibility into launch progress without a single status meeting. Measurable outcome: eliminated the need for weekly status meetings, gave leadership real-time visibility across all 6 departments for the first time, reduced missed deadlines and faster time-to-launch

Project: Multi-Location Inventory Tracking System for a National Courier Company (Airtable) Manual/messy process: A logistics company with independent contractor drivers across 13 US cities had no centralized way to track inventory levels. Getting a stock count meant manually contacting each city's contact person, with no structured follow-up if someone didn't respond, no historical record of what was reported when, and no single view of company-wide inventory status. What I automated: Built a full Airtable system with four interconnected tables (Cities, Inventory Items, Current Inventory, Inventory Check Log) and four automations: biweekly inventory requests sent by email and SMS to all 13 city contacts simultaneously, 24-hour follow-up reminders that automatically escalate to a backup contact if the primary doesn't respond, form-submission processing that updates live inventory and logs the response, and confirmation emails sent back to whoever submitted the count. Paired it with 13 mobile-friendly forms, one per city, pre-filled via URL parameters, and dashboard views with conditional formatting so status (Reported / Pending / Overdue) is visible at a glance. Measurable outcome: replaced a fully manual, ad hoc check-in process with a system covering all 13 cities on a fixed twice-weekly cadence, cut the time to get a full inventory picture from days of chasing contacts to under 24 hours.

Project: Automated Lead Call Reminders (Google Sheets + Slack via Make.com (http://Make.com)) Manual/messy process: Sales/lead-follow-up teams were relying on manually checking a spreadsheet to know which leads needed a call that day, with no built-in accountability for who was responsible leading to missed or delayed follow-ups. What I automated: Built a Make.com (http://Make.com) automation that checks a Google Sheet daily, and when a row's scheduled date matches the current day, automatically sends a Slack message to the assigned team member with a direct @mention, flagging exactly who needs to call which lead and when. Measurable outcome: eliminated manual spreadsheet checks for the sales team, reduced missed follow-ups by 80% and cut time spent identifying daily call priorities from 45 minutes to zero
