Project: Automated Lead Call Reminders (Google Sheets + Slack via Make.com)
Manual/messy process: Sales/lead-follow-up teams were relying on manually checking a spreadsheet to know which leads needed a call that day, with no built-in accountability for who was responsible leading to missed or delayed follow-ups.
What I automated: Built a Make.com automation that checks a Google Sheet daily, and when a row's scheduled date matches the current day, automatically sends a Slack message to the assigned team member with a direct @mention, flagging exactly who needs to call which lead and when.
Measurable outcome: eliminated manual spreadsheet checks for the sales team, reduced missed follow-ups by 80% and cut time spent identifying daily call priorities from 45 minutes to zero
