Reads incoming emails via Gmail trigger
Classifies them (Invoice Issue / Tax Query / Urgent / General) using Gemini AI
Assigns priority (HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW)
Sends a personalized reply within seconds
Logs everything to Google Sheets
