How to do market research (the right way) First, create an excel spreadsheet with some of your competitors. Make sure they are growing at a fast rate, you can do this by using social blade. It's free, btw. Second, check their top-performing content. Make sure it has been posted within the last 2 months or so, otherwise, it won't be as effective. Third, replicate it using your own style. This works for any industry, niche, whatever. You don't have to reinvent the wheel—you just have to copy what works. Otherwise, you're overthinking it. Results speak for themselves.

You know on LinkedIn people say the key to growth is posting consistently, commenting, etc. This might be true, however, the algorithm still heavily favors your content based on the amount of followers you have. More followers = more reach. Simple as that. And now I'm sure about this, I have reliable data. The graphic provided is my reach. As you may see, there was a big spike around 1 month ago. You may be wondering, how did this happen? Well, the official Canva account commented on my post, meaning that my post got heavily boosted because of that. (they literally have 2 million followers lol) Rather than its quality, the algorithm favors how many followers you have and how many followers the accounts that comment on your posts have. Ridiculous, right?
