The project focused on improving the efficiency and user experience of an open truck park system, which required analysing how vehicles entered, parked, and exited the facility. The goal was to identify bottlenecks, reduce waiting times, and prepare the process for digital transformation, potentially through a self-service or web-based kiosk interface. • Conducted stakeholder workshops and observed daily operations to understand challenges and constraints. • Documented the full truck park workflow from entry to exit in a detailed process map. • Identified main issues • Proposed new process integrating automation and digital checks. • Delivered a final process map and recommendations to stakeholders, leading to: • Reduced truck wait times • Better data accuracy • A solid foundation for digital transformation.
