A storefront can have strong products and content while still feeling difficult to navigate. This project focused on refining DropSet's Shopify header and navigation to create a clearer, more consistent browsing experience across desktop and mobile. What I improved • Header layout and presentation • Navigation hierarchy • Menu organization • Mega-menu structure • Spacing and alignment • Desktop navigation behavior • Mobile navigation behavior • Responsive consistency • Supporting storefront styling Approach Rather than replacing the existing theme, I identified the specific navigation and layout issues and made targeted improvements within the Shopify storefront. Result A cleaner navigation system that helps customers understand the storefront structure and move between important products, collections, and information more easily. Completed for DropSet, my independently operated Shopify e-commerce brand.

Many contractors and local service providers struggle with marketing not because they lack skill in their trade, but because maintaining consistent visibility in their market is difficult while running day-to-day operations. My work focuses on creating simple marketing systems that help businesses stay visible, communicate their expertise, and generate more customer conversations. This includes structured approaches to content strategy, short-form video communication, outreach systems, and marketing audits that identify opportunities for growth. I’m currently offering consulting sessions for service businesses that want to improve their marketing visibility.
