Hi Contra community! I’m excited to be invited to the #FirstWaveChallenge. Something I’ve consistently observed is how often freelance pricing is driven by intuition, pressure, or comparison instead of clear logic. I wanted to turn that uncertainty into a structured decision. That's why I created Baseline: a web app pricing system that helps you define the minimum defensible price for a project based on scope, timeline, revisions, experience, and capacity, so you know when a price is no longer negotiable. Try free the web app (https://baselineapp.figma.site/)Product page (https://contra.com/products/n0Ohd57p-baseline-or-pricing-system-for-freelancers)Also embedded in my portfolio (https://fusefolio.framer.media/) Baseline is currently in pre-sale. Full launch coming March 2, 2026.
