I’m tired of boring, soulless interfaces. It feels like we abandoned all the cool designs somewhere around 2012. Back then, we had a vision but were limited in our ability to execute. Today, we have the technology - but no imagination? Come on, it’s time to wake up, y’all. Bring in some magic.

Just wrapped up a full Kajabi migration and redesign for Peak Performance with Julia Arndt. This project was a complete rebuild and platform transition from Podia to Kajabi — migrating more than 10 website and landing pages, 15 courses, and over 10,000 students. We also created new designs for the Course Theme and Community, bringing a modern and cohesive look to Julia’s entire online ecosystem. The final result is a powerful, streamlined Kajabi setup that supports her growing audience and delivers a seamless experience across every course and program.

Finally took time to document my work properly. Last decade building products bridging physical and digital: connected medical devices, 3D printers, smart implants, consumer electronics. Zero-to-one builds, scaling teams, shipping things that matter. This year I went deep: detailed case studies for Hero Health, MakerBot, and Canary Medical. The wins, the process, what I actually did. Years of work condensed into a few scrolls. Also added 2025 builds—including Superstash, a native iPadOS app I designed and developed solo using AI-assisted tools. Design to code, at a pace that used to require a team. If you're curious what a decade+ of product work looks like: https://jneal.vercel.app
