Automating Multilingual KYC Translation & Certification Workflows with Zapier + Slack for a foreign exchnage broker Client's compliance team handled daily KYC documents in foreign language, often requiring certified translations for regulatory approval. Managing these ad-hoc requests manually was costly, slow, and resource-intensive. I designed and implemented an automated translation-and-certification workflow using Zapier, The new system instantly routed files for translation, logged every job for audit and tracked cost per end user — all with minimal human involvement. ⚙️ Built an end-to-end automated workflow for certified translation ⏱️ Reduced onboarding time for new clients to under 24 hours 💰 Achieved a 90 % reduction in admin costs versus ad-hoc handling 🔁 Workflow later replicated for other brokerage clients
