I rarely do cel animation, but it was a really cool challenge to do some frame-by-frame for the title section I animated in the explainer of the Crankworx mountain biking competition. Full video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=or5OB8cVAsw

This short ad i animated a couple of months ago was the first time that i was able to truly merge ai-animated elements into my usual vector animation workflow. It's mostly animated by hand in after effects. but frame-by-frame of birds flapping their wings would not have been realistic with the time we had. by sprinkling just the right amount of ai where it matters, we get something that works well together ✨

Cover image for Revitalize User Retention with AI-Powered Terminal Assistants
AskSplat is an AI-powered terminal assistant built around a memecoin community. Despite strong early traction, retention was slipping — users were dropping off before experiencing the product's core value. Glaise ran quantitative research to diagnose the problem, surfacing three clear gaps: missing onboarding, no gamification loop, and zero push notifications. We redesigned the full experience in two weeks, adding structured onboarding, engagement mechanics, and re-engagement triggers. The result: a product that finally gives users a reason to come back.
