Genially Interactive Design: Becoming the GOAT Curriculum This module is part of the Becoming the GOAT Curriculum Professional Learning Series, designed for educators. Its primary purpose is to help teachers understand that every learner is unique and that effective teaching begins with recognizing, valuing, and responding to those differences rather than expecting all students to learn the same way. The central message throughout the module is that learning should adapt to students—not the other way around. Instead of viewing learner differences as obstacles or deficits, educators are encouraged to see them as strengths that can be used to create more engaging, equitable, and successful learning experiences. What Was Done The interactive learning module was structured to guide educators through a progressive learning experience consisting of instructional content, practical classroom examples, learner reflection, and knowledge assessment. 1. Introduction to Learner Differences The module begins by introducing the concept that every student enters the classroom with unique backgrounds, experiences, abilities, cultures, learning preferences, and cognitive differences. Rather than treating these as problems, the module emphasizes that they are valuable assets that shape how students learn. 2. Mindset Shift A major section focuses on transforming educators' thinking by replacing traditional, deficit-based questions with more inclusive ones. Instead of asking: "Is this student ready for the learning?" Educators are encouraged to ask: "Is the learning ready for this student?" This reframing promotes equitable access, higher expectations, and responsive instruction instead of tracking or labeling students. 3. Practical Classroom Applications The module demonstrates how responsive teaching can be implemented across multiple subject areas through real classroom examples. Examples include: English Language Arts Mathematics Science Social Studies Classroom Environment Each example compares a traditional teaching approach with a more responsive instructional strategy and explains the positive impact on student engagement and learning. 4. Research-Based Evidence The curriculum reinforces its recommendations with educational research showing that responsive classrooms lead to: Greater student engagement Improved attendance Stronger sense of belonging Higher academic achievement Better relationships between students and teachers 5. Real Student Perspectives The module includes authentic student stories that illustrate the consequences of ignoring learner differences. These examples demonstrate how students can experience: Disconnection Shame Reduced participation Lower achievement Feeling excluded from learning This section helps educators build empathy by connecting instructional decisions with students' lived experiences. 6. Knowledge Assessment The learning experience concludes with a multiple-choice quiz that reinforces the module's key concepts, ensuring educators understand: The shift toward GOAT-centered education Asset-based thinking Responsive instruction principles Overall Learning Objective By the end of the module, educators should understand that effective teaching is not about expecting students to fit a single instructional model. Instead, it is about designing learning experiences that recognize individual differences, remove barriers, and provide every learner with meaningful opportunities to succeed. Genially Project Summary (Portfolio Style) This interactive Genially learning module transforms a professional development curriculum into an engaging, self-paced experience for educators. The project combines visual storytelling, interactive content, real-world classroom scenarios, learner reflections, and knowledge checks to teach responsive instructional practices. Through guided progression, practical examples, and interactive assessments, the module encourages educators to adopt an asset-based mindset that values learner diversity and promotes equitable access to learning. Overall, this project is less about presenting theory and more about changing educators' perspectives—helping them shift from asking whether students are ready for learning to designing learning that is ready for every student.

Gohighlevel Website Design Description: Designed and developed three modern, responsive websites in GoHighLevel for a commercial cleaning and home services business to strengthen its online presence and generate more service inquiries. The websites were built with a conversion-focused approach, featuring professionally structured landing pages, engaging service sections, clear calls-to-action, customer testimonials, FAQs, and intuitive navigation to provide a seamless user experience across all devices. The project included creating visually appealing layouts for both commercial cleaning and home repair services, organizing content to effectively showcase the company's offerings, integrating contact and booking functionality, and optimizing the websites for lead generation. Every section was strategically designed to build trust, highlight key services, and encourage visitors to book services or request a quote. The final result was two fully responsive, high-performing GoHighLevel websites that enhanced the client's brand credibility, improved customer engagement, and provided an efficient platform for converting website visitors into qualified leads.

Here's a concise summary of the Genially project: Genially Project Summary: The Journey – Current Self → Future Self This interactive slide introduces adult learners (educators) to the idea that growth is a continuous journey rather than a pursuit of perfection. It encourages learners to view their current abilities as a valid starting point while recognizing that their future goals are achievable through learning, practice, and support. The content is divided into three connected sections: Current Self (Today) – Represents where the learner is now, including their existing skills, strengths, and current challenges. The message reinforces that their present state is completely valid. The Journey (The Work) – Illustrates the bridge between the present and the future by highlighting the skills to develop, habits to build, support available, and effort required for growth. Future Self (Tomorrow) – Encourages learners to envision who they want to become, the goals they hope to achieve, the skills they want to master, and the positive impact they aspire to make. The key takeaway is that the difference between the Current Self and Future Self is not about personal shortcomings but about knowledge and skills that have not been learned yet. The word "yet" is emphasized because it reinforces a growth mindset. Interactive Elements An animated pathway or arrows showing progression from Current Self to Future Self. A reflection prompt asking learners to think of a skill they did not possess five years ago but have developed since, helping them recognize their own growth journey. A Continue button to move to the next section. Design Direction Use a visual pathway or bridge connecting the three stages. Images should clearly depict personal and professional growth. Highlight the word "yet" in bold or a contrasting color to reinforce the central message. The overall tone should speak to adult educators, making the examples and visuals relatable to professionals rather than students. Overall Objective: Help learners adopt a growth mindset by understanding that meaningful development happens over time through intentional learning, consistent effort, and support—not through perfection.

Bike HMI Concept I've been experimenting with designing and animating an electric bike HMI in @Rive This concept is built using Data Binding and State Machines, where a single input can drive multiple UI elements, from the speedometer and battery percentage to color transitions and other dashboard interactions. The setup is designed so it can be connected to live data from the bike, allowing the interface to update dynamically in real time. It's been a great exercise in exploring how motion and interaction can make digital dashboards feel more intuitive, responsive, and enjoyable to use. I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Just wrapped up this motion piece for (https://www.instagram.com/racool_hub/)RacoolHub and I'm really happy with how it came together. If you're looking for motion design that not only looks good but communicates effectively, I'm currently available for new projects.

People often associate motion design with eye-catching visuals. But sometimes, the strongest asset in a video is the message itself. This piece leans more into typography and storytelling than heavy visuals, a creative direction some clients intentionally prefer. Good motion isn't about doing the most. It's about doing what serves the message best.

A few motion frames from different projects that I've worked on. One thing I always try to focus on is making movement feel intentional, not excessive. Good motion should support the brand, not distract from it.

Been feeling a little low on design inspiration lately, so I challenged myself to make something completely different. No brief, no client, just a bunch of desk objects, bold type, and some fun animations. Tools: Figma Motion What do you think?
