The project focused on transforming broad professional expertise into a cohesive advisory brand with clear services, stronger messaging, and a defined client experience. The Challenge The business had expertise across human resources, operations, organizational development, leadership support, and workforce strategy, but the value proposition needed to be simplified for prospective clients. The goal was to create a brand that communicated strategic value rather than appearing limited to traditional HR administration.

What I’m Working On I’m currently preparing for an upcoming AI-enabled HR technology implementation designed to strengthen workforce operations, improve decision-making, and create a more connected employee experience. My focus is not simply on introducing new technology. I am working on the people, process, governance, and change-management foundations required for successful adoption. This includes reviewing current workflows, identifying process gaps, clarifying stakeholder responsibilities, preparing communications, and aligning leaders around the purpose and expected outcomes of the transformation. Using the Prosci ADKAR framework, I am helping build: 1.Awareness of why the change is needed 2.Desire to participate and support the transition 3.Knowledge of the new processes and expectations 4.Ability to use the system effectively 5.Reinforcement to sustain adoption and performance I am especially interested in how AI can support more efficient HR administration, stronger workforce insights, better employee service, and more strategic leadership decisions—while maintaining appropriate human oversight, confidentiality, and accountability. Love Me Not Independent Film Poster Design Project Overview "Love Me Not" is a custom promotional poster created for an independent filmmaker seeking a visually compelling identity for her film project. The client provided photographs of the lead actress along with visual inspiration references. Using those materials, I developed a mood board, established the color direction, and created a digital collage that combined cinematic storytelling, editorial aesthetics, and promotional design. The goal was to create a poster that felt emotional, memorable, and visually distinctive while highlighting the lead actress as the focal point of the composition.
